Requirements

• 7+ years of experience with Linux and networking fundamentals (VPN, SSH, firewalls)
• Strong scripting skills in Bash and Python
• Ability to diagnose issues across full CV/ML pipeline from data to edge inference
• Hands-on experience with edge devices such as Nvidia Jetson, Raspberry Pi and cameras
• Comfortable interpreting logs, profiling inference bottlenecks and navigating cloud infrastructure
• Strong questioning and listening to understand customer environments
• Able to build long-term trust as a technical partner
• Skilled at making technical topics understandable to non-technical stakeholders
• Calm under pressure with structured communication on sensitive issues
• Participate in Support on-call rotation as needed
