Requirements
- Strong experience as Staff, Senior, Backend or Platform Engineer
- Experience building backend services, distributed systems or developer platforms
- Strong understanding of async processing, queues, scheduling and failure handling
- Comfortable across APIs, control planes, workers, databases and observability
- Strong backend fundamentals, ideally in Go
- Good judgement on reliability, latency, scale, cost and developer experience trade-offs
- Clear communication, ownership and ability to lead technical direction
