Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on labor operations experience at a company or labor and social security attorney's office
• Practical experience with payroll and social/labor insurance procedures
• Hands-on experience running labor-management committees and related administration for Article 36, discretionary work and highly professional systems
• Working knowledge of Japanese labor law and related regulations
• Fluent Japanese communication skills for spoken and written work
