Requirements

• Hands-on experience with generative AI technologies such as LLMs and AI agents
• Experience building AI agent workflows, multi-agent systems and agent tools
• Experience with RAG systems, search engines and document understanding with VLMs and OCR
• Experience with safe AI operation including fact-checking, citation and guardrails
• Experience building benchmarks and continuously evaluating and improving models
• Experience training and evaluating models with reinforcement, supervised and unsupervised learning
• Experience across full data science process from problem definition to value validation
• Practical know-how using AI-assisted coding tools such as Copilot, Cursor, Devin and Claude Code
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, machine learning or related field
