Requirements
- 3+ years of hands-on software engineering in production including API design, testing and code review
- Experience leading technical scoping and decision-making directly with customers
- Experience deploying and integrating systems into enterprise environments including auth and security reviews
- Experience building or deploying applications that use LLMs and generative AI
- Ability to define scope and drive execution independently without established playbooks
- Native-level Japanese for customer-facing negotiation
