Requirements
- 3+ years in strategy consulting, business operations, corporate planning, chief of staff, or equivalent
- Experience on enterprise B2B engagements including scoping and responsibilities with sales and engineering
- Technical fluency in software architecture, APIs, deployment, infrastructure and security
- Ability to autonomously drive initiatives and turn open questions into structured analysis and models
- Track record influencing engineers, sales and executives without direct authority
- Daily hands-on use of LLM agents with business-level Japanese and English (JLPT N1 guideline)
