Alliance builder with 6+ years selling through SIs who thrives in ambiguity and loves shaping strategy from zero. Bilingual in Japanese and English, you build executive trust and turn partnerships into real enterprise deployments.

Requirements

• 6+ years in channel, alliances or partnerships selling through SIs or consulting firms in enterprise technology
• Ability to build relationships with senior SI leaders and write and present at executive level in Japanese and English
• Experience designing partner programs including tiers, certification, rules of engagement and incentives
• Enough technical understanding of enterprise AI deployment to discuss delivery with partner architects
• Comfortable working within confidentiality limits and building new proof with customer consent
• Ability to autonomously drive initiatives in a fast-paced startup environment
• Native or professional fluency in both Japanese and English
