Requirements
- Bachelor's in Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering or related field
- 7+ years in new product introduction, manufacturing engineering or hardware development
- Experience taking products from prototype through high-volume manufacturing
- Expertise in PCB DFM, DFT and DFA considerations
- Experience with hardware failure analysis and root cause corrective actions
- Familiarity with manufacturing test development, yield analysis and reliability validation
- Experience with Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) systems
