Requirements

• 12+ years software engineering experience with organization-wide technical influence
• Proven ownership of large-scale distributed systems architecture end-to-end to production
• Expertise building backend systems in Python, Go, or Rust
• Expert-level Kubernetes including Operators, Helm Charts and cluster-scale management
• Strong distributed systems fundamentals across consistency, fault tolerance and performance
• Experience setting technical direction across teams and driving cross-functional alignment
• Excellent communication and track record mentoring engineers
