Requirements

• Significant experience in agency recruitment or executive search owning the hunt end-to-end
• Track record of sourcing and closing senior leaders such as COO, CFO, Sales Director
• Existing relationships across Austin and Texas real estate, construction or finance networks
• Strong cold outreach skills with comfort calling passive candidates
• Exceptional communication, persuasion and negotiation skills
• Sharp judgment on leadership ability, ownership and culture fit
• Comfort working directly with a demanding, fast-moving CEO without constant direction
