Requirements

• 4-7 years of experience in real estate development finance, construction lending, or a related role
• Solid understanding of construction loan mechanics, draw procedures, inspections and loan covenants
• Experience managing insurance schedules and liaising with brokers and lenders
• Strong financial literacy reading loan agreements and building cashflow models
• Highly organised with track record managing multiple projects and deadlines
• Excellent communicator across finance, development, legal and lenders
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Suite
• High attention to detail and ownership mentality
• Comfortable operating in ambiguity with incomplete information
