Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience in finance, real estate, investment banking, private credit or development
• Strong Google Sheets, G-Suite and financial modeling capabilities
• Understanding of LTC, LTV, DSCR, interest reserves and capital stacks
• Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple workstreams
• Clear written and verbal communication with high attention to detail
