Requirements
- 3+ years of experience building software used by real users
- Shipped to production and owned operations, maintenance and incident fixes
- Serious hands-on experience with LLMs and agents including tool use and failure modes
- Engineering discipline for AI: versioning, testing, regression and reproducibility
- Experience defining metrics and building eval pipelines for AI use cases
- Strong Python and breadth across backend services, APIs, data pipelines and cloud
- Ability to work directly with customer engineering teams to integrate and deliver
