Requirements
- 3+ years in DevOps, SRE, or platform/infrastructure engineering with production ownership
- Kubernetes fluency operating clusters and maintaining Helm charts, operators or controllers
- Cloud proficiency in AWS with working knowledge of Azure and provisioning via Terraform or similar IaC
- Networking depth in CNI, ingress, service routing, network policies and VPN/tunneling
- CI/CD experience building pipelines and release engineering with canary, blue-green and rollback
- DevOps tooling across containers, Helm/Kustomize, Prometheus/Grafana and ELK or Loki
- Strong software fundamentals in Python or Go with maintainable automation
- Product mindset toward internal users focused on adoption and reduced toil
