Requirements
- 2-5 years in DevOps, SRE, infrastructure or backend engineering
- Built infrastructure outside a ticket such as homelab, open-source, side project or internal tool with demonstrable code
- Comfortable on Linux command line including processes, networking, logs and systemd
- Working knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes with deployment and debugging experience
- Scripting in Python, Go or Bash with basic Git and CI/CD experience
- Proven record of automating repeated manual tasks with scripts, CI jobs, bots or operators
- Used LLMs or AI agents to automate real work beyond writing code
- Takes ownership, fixes root causes, and wants to grow into platform engineering
- Nice to have: Terraform, public cloud, Prometheus/Grafana, SIP/WebRTC, cloud or Kubernetes certification
