- Hands-on familiarity with generative AI in content workflows and quality vs cost vs speed trade-offs
- Strong data skills: comfortable writing SQL, setting up funnels, defining success metrics
- Strong product thinking: start with customer problem and ship v1 without over-engineering
- High ownership, high agency builder mindset
- Clear communicator effective with creators, enterprise buyers and engineers
