Requirements
- 7-12 years total experience with at least 4 years in strategic sector GTM, defence procurement consulting, or technical enterprise sales
- Track record closing and managing multi-crore engagements in defence, critical infrastructure, or complex enterprise
- Functional understanding of defence procurement frameworks: DRDO, DPP, emergency procurement, Make-I/Make-II
- Strong executive presence with flag-level meetings, CTO offices, and working-level technical teams
- Familiarity with GenAI/ML capability to discuss Sarvam's stack credibly
- Active network in Indian defence ecosystem (Army, Navy, IAF, DRDO, DPP, PSUs, DSSC) an advantage
