Requirements

• 5-9 years in DevOps, platform or security engineering with 2+ years in regulated environment
• Strong Kubernetes and Linux fundamentals with production cluster experience
• Hands-on with Terraform / OpenTofu and GitOps with ArgoCD or Flux
• Built security automation such as policy-as-code, secrets rotation or detection pipelines
• Working knowledge of IAM, network security, TLS and secrets management
• Scripting and tooling in Python or Go
• Experience with security audits and compliance evidence needs
• Built or used AI-based automation and understands AI agent risks
