Requirements

• 5-8 years of backend development experience with distributed systems and Docker, Kubernetes
• Demonstrated expertise in Python and Go
• Hands-on experience with AWS, GCP or Azure
• Strong knowledge of SQL and NoSQL including schema design and scaling
• Experience with message brokers like Kafka, RabbitMQ or streaming systems
• Proficiency in algorithms, data structures and asynchronous programming
• Experience building and scaling WebSocket, gRPC, WebRTC and REST APIs
• Familiarity with Prometheus, Grafana, ELK and OpenTelemetry
• Proven ability to own features end-to-end and drive architecture improvements
