Requirements
- 8-12 years building production backend systems with deep expertise in Python and FastAPI or Golang
- Track record of full-stack ownership designing systems end-to-end and operating them in production
- Hands-on experience with workflow orchestration at scale, ideally Temporal
- Built and operated high-scale multi-tenant low-latency resilient distributed systems
- Strong PostgreSQL and Redis fundamentals including schema design, query performance and caching
- Judgment to know when to build vs buy, optimize vs ship, and abstract vs inline
