Requirements

• 8-12 years building production backend systems with deep Python and FastAPI (or Golang) expertise
• Must-have experience building telephony infrastructure, primarily SIP / VoIP
• Track record of end-to-end system ownership and operating in production
• Hands-on experience with workflow orchestration at scale, ideally Temporal
• Built and operated high-scale, multi-tenant, low-latency distributed systems
• Strong PostgreSQL and Redis fundamentals including schema design and caching
• Judgment to balance build vs buy, optimize vs ship, and abstract vs inline
