Requirements

• 6+ years of experience, hiring up to Lead level
• Experience working with systems integrators or consulting firms
• Technical credibility to review implementations and discuss design as a peer
• Track record building enablement, certification, training or onboarding at scale
• Understanding of agentic AI and ability to teach it to engineers
• Comfortable building from zero and holding quality bar under pressure
