Requirements
- Senior Manager or Principal equivalent at Tier 1 firm (McKinsey, Bain, BCG ideally) with 7+ years experience
- AI strategy or transformation experience strongly preferred
- Scoping, proposal and pitching experience shaping and selling engagements
- Judgment to advise clients on where AI creates value and shape AI use cases
- Technical credibility to discuss AI builds and partner with Engineers on feasibility
- Classic consulting toolkit: strategy, operating-model, governance, change management, storytelling
- Experience designing and facilitating client workshops
- Trusted-advisor relationship builder who owns outcomes independently
- Strategic but hands-on, comfortable in day-to-day engagement work
- Willingness to travel 30-60%, including international trips
