- 5+ years as contracts manager, paralegal or similar
- Experience with NDAs, task orders, modifications, prime contracts and vendor agreements
- Experience with contract lifecycle management tools such as Ironclad
- Knowledge of FAR, DFARS and other agency supplements
- Knowledge of government contract and subcontract processes including flow-downs and close-out
- Experience with OCI terms and mitigation plans
