Entrepreneurial operator and gifted writer with 5+ years building large-scale communities. You love fostering engagement, turning feedback into action, and owning outcomes end-to-end.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, finance, or a related field
• Minimum five years of experience in communications, marketing operations, field operations, program management, or project management
• Proven experience managing active, large-scale communities on platforms like Slack, Discord or Discourse
• Exceptional communication skills with flawless, clear, concise and tone-appropriate writing
• Ability to synthesize complex details into accessible, digestible content
• Data-driven mindset with ability to analyze metrics and adapt strategies
• High ownership orientation with willingness to execute operational tasks directly
• Passion for building positive, engaging community experiences
• Can use SQL and/or Claude Code to derive insights from data or wants to learn quickly
• Experience managing at least one direct report and holding them accountable to outcomes
