Requirements

• Active TS/SCI clearance
• 5+ years of experience in technical program management, software engineering, systems engineering, product management, technical consulting, or a related technical delivery role
• Demonstrated ability to build trust with both senior executives and hands-on operational users
• Experience translating complex customer workflows into structured technical or product requirements
• Strong technical fluency and ability to discuss AI, software systems, data, and agentic workflows with engineering and product teams
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including with senior government leaders
• Comfort working extensively inside secure facilities and air-gapped government systems
• Willingness to travel 25-50% for onsite engagements, testing events, briefings, and customer meetings
