Requirements
- 5+ years of full-time engineering experience post-graduation
- 2+ years of engineering management experience leading a team
- Extensive software development experience with strong IC track record
- Experience scaling products at hyper-growth startups
- Track record mentoring and leading teams on successful projects
- Excellent communication and ability to translate technical concepts
- Excitement to work with AI for public sector missions
- Have or ability to obtain TS/SCI clearance
