Requirements

• 7-8 years in software QA / test engineering, including 4+ years building mobile test automation for iOS and/or Android
• Hands-on with at least one mobile framework: XCUITest, XCTest, Espresso, Appium, Maestro, Detox, or similar
• Strong scripting/programming; can build harnesses and small tools
• Has integrated tests into CI/CD or a release pipeline
• Can debug a flaky failure and hand engineering something useful
• Understands release risk and how to prioritize what gets tested
• Comfortable when builds change often and specs aren't finished
