Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or equivalent experience
- 10+ years of hardware program management experience, ideally in consumer electronics
- Deep understanding of phase gate methodology from prototype through high volume manufacturing
- Proficiency in SPC, capability (CPK), and capacity modeling
- Mastery of Six Sigma principles and DFX methodologies
- Six Sigma Green Belt or equivalent
- Demonstrated success delivering hardware products from concept to mass production
