Requirements

• Highly organized, proactive and business-minded Executive Assistant / Team Administrator
• Ability to anticipate needs and manage competing priorities for the CMO
• Ability to handle complex travel, scheduling and key initiatives for Marketing leadership
• Ability to work on-site in San Mateo up to 5 days per week with occasional travel
