Requirements

• Lead V-BAT flight operations supporting DoD and foreign customers in land-based and maritime OCONUS environments
• Lead mission planning, risk assessments, pre-mission briefings, flight execution, and post-flight debriefs
• Conduct Functional Check Flights and system validation while ensuring configuration control and logbook accuracy
• Coordinate with maintenance to sustain fleet readiness and operational discipline
• Mentor junior operators and serve as on-site operational representative to customers
• Travel extensively and maintain professionalism in austere, high-visibility conditions
