Requirements

• 5-10 years of experience with a mix of public and private companies
• Proficient in US GAAP including revenue recognition, lease accounting and stock-based compensation
• Ability to identify areas for improvement and build solutions using AI
• Structured, self-directed, detail-oriented builder who can design and improve processes
• Bias for simplifying and automating processes with passion for AI-native finance
• Previous IPO experience with enterprise B2B software company (preferred)
• CPA license and/or Big 4 experience (preferred)
