Requirements

• 5-7+ years experience in Sales Engineering, Solutions Engineering or customer-facing technical sales
• Experience building and presenting demos and working with customers in GTM function
• Experience building relationships with potential customers, including executives and technical leaders
• Experience leading sales process with Enterprise customers
• Ability to connect prospect business problems to Sierra solutions for technical and non-technical audiences
• Ability to leverage AI tools in technical sales motion while owning accuracy of customer deliverables
• Bachelor's degree or above, bonus in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience
• Experience translating code, technical logic and user requirements into product and engineering requirements
