Requirements

• 4-6+ years experience in Sales Engineering, Solutions Engineering or customer-facing technical sales
• Experience leading sales process with large Enterprise customers with $500K-$1M deal sizes
• Experience in demo building, presenting and working with customers in GTM function
• Experience relationship-building with prospects including executives and technical leaders
• Ability to connect prospect business problems to Sierra solutions for technical and non-technical audiences
• Ability to leverage AI tools for discovery prep, solution design, demo building and proposals
• Experience growing accounts past initial sale
• Bachelor's degree or above, bonus in Computer Science or related field
