Requirements

• 5-7+ years experience in Sales Engineering, Solutions Engineering, or customer-facing technical sales, including 2+ years supporting U.S. federal, state, or local government customers
• Experience building demos and presenting to customers in a GTM function
• Experience building relationships with potential customers, including executives and technical leaders
• Experience leading sales processes with public sector customers and familiarity with FedRAMP and government authorization processes
• Comfort operating as an early or founding member of a new team or business
• Ability to connect prospect business problems to Sierra solutions for technical and non-technical audiences
• Ability to leverage AI tools efficiently
