Requirements

• Highly organized and methodical with rigor in ambiguous situations
• Excellent written and verbal communicator across stakeholders and levels
• Comfortable using tools like Linear, Figma, Google Drive to create systems
• Strong analytical instincts with proficiency in Excel/Sheets
