Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in human resources or people operations, ideally supporting Sales organizations in a fast-growing environment
• Demonstrated expertise in HR best practices, employment laws, and regulation
• Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Proactive, innovative mindset with focus on continuous improvement and strategic impact
• Experience partnering with engineering, product, or other technical teams
• Hands-on experience implementing HR systems and processes in a scaling company
• Exposure to international HR compliance and global employment laws
• Understanding of international compensation structures and total rewards
