Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in People Programs, People Operations, or a related people-focused function within high-growth environments
• Experience designing and scaling people programs across the employee lifecycle in fast-moving, global technology companies
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills able to partner with executives, managers, and cross-functional teams
• Exceptional program and project management capability, driving complex initiatives from concept to execution
• Analytical and systems-thinking mindset, comfortable using data, tooling, and process design
• Passion for building clarity, culture, and connection in a rapidly evolving startup environment
• Experience supporting or designing programs for global teams across multiple regions
• Familiarity with HR tools and platforms (HRIS, onboarding systems, performance tools)
• Background in organizational development, employee experience, or Learning & Development
