Requirements

• 4+ years of legal experience with large international law firm and in-house tech company experience
• Experience advising product and engineering teams on new product development, ideally AI/ML, communications, or platform products
• Working knowledge of privacy (GDPR, CCPA), AI frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF), consumer protection, and IP
• Ability to partner with technical teams to understand Sierra's product offering
• Strong analytical skills with ability to balance legal risk and business objectives in fast-moving environment
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
