Requirements

• Extensive experience in UI/UX design leading projects from ideation to launch
• Passion for deeply understanding user needs and solving from first principles
• End-to-end visual and interaction design with high craft bar
• Strong collaboration with product, engineering and leadership
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Experience with customer feedback, usability testing and iteration
• Fluent in Figma and comfortable adopting new tools including AI tools
• Comfortable in fast-paced startup environment with ambiguity
