A seasoned Japan recruiting leader who loves coaching teams and partnering with executives. You bring sharp judgment, cultural fluency in Japanese and English, and passion for building excellent candidate experiences.

Requirements

• 10+ years of recruiting experience including leading recruiting teams in Japan
• Experience hiring across technical and business functions in high-growth tech companies
• Deep understanding of Japan talent market including engineering and enterprise sales
• Track record coaching and developing recruiters
• Experience partnering with executives and senior hiring managers on growth and talent strategy
• Excellent judgment, prioritization and problem-solving in fast-changing environments
• Native fluency in Japanese and strong written and verbal English communication
