Requirements

• 10+ years of recruiting experience, including experience leading recruiting teams in Japan
• Experience hiring across both technical and business functions within high-growth technology companies
• Deep understanding of the Japan talent market, including experience building engineering and enterprise sales organizations
• Strong people leadership skills with a track record of coaching and developing recruiters
• Experience partnering directly with executives and senior hiring managers on organizational growth and talent strategy
• Excellent judgment, prioritization, and problem-solving skills in fast-changing environments
• Passion for delivering an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience
• Native fluency in Japanese and strong written and verbal English communication
