Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in recruiting operations, program management, or related roles, ideally in high-growth tech
• Deep expertise in building and scaling recruiting processes, reporting frameworks, and tooling infrastructure
• Hands-on experience managing and customizing an ATS (Ashby experience a plus)
• Passion for process improvement and operational excellence
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills partnering with recruiting teams and hiring managers
• Comfort working in fast-paced, ambiguous environment
