Requirements

• 8+ years in security compliance, privacy, or regulatory roles in SaaS, fintech, or AI
• Deep experience with EU frameworks including GDPR, DORA, and EU AI Act
• Awareness of US and APAC regulatory norms and global operating models
• Experience engaging enterprise and regulated customers on security and compliance
• Ability to translate evolving regulations into defensible real-world practices
• Comfort operating in ambiguity with clear articulation of tradeoffs
• Strong written and verbal communication and collaboration with Legal
