Requirements

• 4-8 years of accounting experience with mix of public and private companies
• Proficient in US GAAP
• Ability to identify areas for improvement and build solutions using AI
• Desire to drive operational efficiency to scale the accounting function
• Structured, self-directed, detail-oriented builder and problem solver
• Bias for simplifying and automating processes and building AI-native finance
• Previous IPO experience with enterprise B2B software company
• CPA license and/or Big 4 experience
• Proficiency with modern office-of-the-CFO tech stack
