• Well-established network within the tech industry and passion for building connections
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and adapt to needs of a growing organization
• Proficiency using recruiting metrics and data to inform decisions
• Strong collaboration skills with willingness to work cross-functionally
• Understanding of technical roles and ability to assess technical talent is a plus
• Proficiency working with Ashby (ATS)
