• Proven ability to develop and execute recruiting strategies aligned with business objectives
• Well-established network in tech with passion for building new connections
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and adapt to changing needs of a growing org
• Proficiency using recruiting metrics and data to inform decisions
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills
• Understanding of technical roles and ability to assess technical talent a plus
• Proficiency with Ashby ATS a plus
