Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on payroll processing including corrections, terminations and bonus/off-cycle payments
• Experience administering employee benefits in a modern HRIS such as Rippling, Gusto, ADP or Workday
• Working knowledge of multi-state payroll tax requirements and resolving state tax notices
• High attention to detail and discretion handling confidential compensation data
• Strong organizational skills managing recurring deadlines independently
• Clear, professional communication on sensitive pay, benefits and leave topics
• Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) or Fundamental Payroll Certification (FPC) preferred
• Experience at a startup or fast-growing company across multiple entities
