Senior Accountant

Hands-on, detail-driven accountant who thrives owning full-cycle close independently across time zones and cares about accurate, operational finance supporting cutting-edge robotics.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting
• 5-8 years of hands-on accounting experience, with at least 2-3 years in a similar full-cycle role
• Proficiency in QuickBooks Online with demonstrated day-to-day usage
• Strong working knowledge of US GAAP, including ASC 606 revenue recognition, accruals and financial statements
• Proven hands-on experience processing AP, AR, collections, payroll entries and GL journals
• Experience with full-cycle month-end and year-end close processes
• High proficiency in Microsoft Excel including pivot tables, VLOOKUP and reconciliations
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to work with US leadership across time zones
• High attention to detail and personal accountability for accuracy
• CPA, CPA qualified, or in progress a plus
• Experience with intercompany accounting and multi-entity consolidations a plus
• Exposure to ERP migration or implementation projects a plus
• Experience in technology or SaaS industry a plus
