Ideal candidate

A delivery-driven technical program manager with 5+ years shipping physical products who thrives coordinating complex hardware-software efforts and bringing clarity to risks and trade-offs in fast-paced environments.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years of technical program management experience on hardware and/or software products.
• Proven track record shipping physical products end to end in robotics, consumer electronics, aerospace, automotive, or similar, including sustaining releases.
• Experience managing programs across multiple cross-functional teams with external dependencies.
• Experience running programs spanning hardware, firmware, software, and cloud services with technical depth to challenge estimates and spot integration risks.
• Experience establishing and scaling program management and Agile practices in a fast-paced, growing company.
• Hands-on experience configuring Linear and Notion or similar tools such as Jira and Confluence and building dashboards.
• Ability to build strong relationships with engineering, product, and executive leaders and drive decisions without direct authority.
